POCO X2 Update MIUI 12.5.6 Received Complaints About Camera, Touch, Slower Charging
POCO X2 users are facing many problems with the new update of POCO to MIUI 12.5.6 and also they complained about the issues in many social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
The problems which are faced by the users especially in the POCO X2 after the coming the updated version MIUI 12.5.6 the problems are related to the camera, touch, charging. Poco X2 was launched in February last year and now the updated version MIUI 12.5,6 is launched by Company. And sometimes it shows the Camera is not working.
The users are continuously alleging the Company because the camera stopped working after updating their mobile phones to MIUI 12.5.6. while some of the other users said that the touch was also not working properly during inputting the touch system and even in some cases the slower charging has seen just after updating the version.

The number of users who have used the Twitter platform to inform Poco’s company about the issues they are facing after updating their mobiles with the new update.
As per the problems faced by the users, they also included the problems related to the camera not working, and also they have claimed about the problems on the touchscreen and the slow charging problems.
The company Poco has not stated anything officially about it and not even any official report issued by them. Yes, some of the tweets have indeed been responded to by the official Poco support accounts but, they have not published any think strong concrete details in the response to the problems.

In a few cases, the users also visited near service center store and told them about the problem. To fix the issue that has been detected after the update, customer care is asking them to change the motherboard of the mobile phone having a price of about 10,000 to 12,000.
The mobile phone Poco X2 was launched in February 2020 in India having a starting price of 15, 999 and now in the current scenario, it is available at a price of 14,999Rs.
This is not the first time when the Poco users complaint about the camera is not working as in the past the similar issue of the camera is not working is raised by them in the same Model and the same news of complaints was itself acknowledged by Poco India and told that 0.2% users are facing the problem.
